Yup, yup that's right!
We're all about spreading more smiles so if you're not 100% satisfied with your item, we'll gladly accept any returns within 60 days from your purchase date (USA only*). We'll give you a refund and hope it'll put a smile on your face. ;)))
*We just cannot accept any items that have been worn or used and they must be in its original condition as you first received it from us. Free return shipping is valid in the USA only.
*Sorry we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that are purchased outside of the USA. All sales on international orders are final.
Items that are non-refundable:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 60 days after delivery.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may forward your original purchase confirmation email for proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We'll also notify you whether your refund has been approved or not.
If the item is found in its original condition, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days.
Getting your refund
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Please contact your credit card company to confirm your refunded credit.
You may also try contacting your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
How do I return my item?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a copy of your purchase receipt, complete mailing address information and reason for return. We'll get back to you within 48 hours and email you a prepaid return shipping label. All you'll have to do is box it up, slap that prepaid label on that puppy and drop it off at your nearest UPS shipping center!
The amount refunded will be the amount of the item when you purchased it.
Exchanges (USA only)
If you need a different size, you may exchange your item for another within 60 days of your purchase date. The item(s) must not have been worn or used and they must be in its original condition as you first received it from us.
We must authorize any exchanges by inspecting the condition of the item(s) prior to exchanging any items.
Sorry, we don't do exchanges for deciding on a different color or style. You can always use a different color though! ;)))
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: 9114 Adams Ave. Huntington Beach California USA 92646.
