    Returns and Exchanges

    What's your Return Policy?

    If you're not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever, we'll gladly accept any returns for free as long as they are returned within 60 days of your purchase date (USA only*). We just can't accept any items that have been worn or used and they must be in its original condition as you first received it from us.

    *Sorry, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items that are purchased outside of the USA. All sales on international orders are final.

    Can I exchange my shirt/hoodie/sweatshirt if I got the wrong size?

    Yes, you may exchange your clothing apparel if you need to exchange it for a different size only (USA only). It must be for the same color and design as we don't do any exchanges if you've decided on a different color or style after placing your order.



    What's your cancellation policy?

    If you change your mind after placing your order, please let us know ASAP and we'll check if we can still change or cancel your order as you wish. Items are typically sent to production at our fulfillment centers within a day of the order placement and cannot be cancelled once they begin production. Please note that we cannot guarantee any cancellations regardless of when you notify us about changing or canceling your order.

    If we're unable to cancel your order, you'll have the option to return your item(s) for free within 60 days from the purchase date if you're not 100% satisfied for any reason whatsoever. We'll even pay for return shipping! (USA only*).

    Do you offer free shipping to the USA and Canada?

    Yes, we'll cover the costs of ground shipping within the USA and Canada when you spend $100 USD or more. However, if you can't wait to get your goods soon enough, you'll have options to request and pay for Express Shipping at the Checkout page. Express shipping rates are calculated based on the shipping destination and weight of your package full of smiles! :)))

    Where do the products ship from?

    Our clothing apparel is shipped from either one of our fulfillment centers located in California, Colorado, or Florida, which is also where the designs are printed. Our mugs and tumblers are shipped from Georgia.

    Do you provide a tracking number for my package?

    Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your purchase email confirmation with instructions on how to locate your goods.

    Is your clothing ethically made?

    Yes, absolutely! :))) All our products are printed and finished at one of our four fulfillment centers located throughout the USA. A lot of our products are made by affiliated international manufacturers who are all committed to maintaining and upholding responsible workplace and environmental standards.

    Our select manufacturers meet or exceed the standards of governing laws and have received accreditation from WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production), which is a globally recognized, independent 3rd party certifying body whose mission is to promote ethical, humane and lawful conditions and practices in all manufacturing facilities. 

    They also dedicate proactive programs that promote workplace safety, personal health, and employee wellness.
